Generally I dont have any issues, because I asked the Lass how a lady picks thinks up on the floor while wearing a skirt.
I did have a pickaboo problem recently though. I was at a local farmers market. Since it was a dog friendly market, I was petting some of the venders dogs. What I didnt know was as I was petting one of the dogs my pleats got "stuck". No body said anything, but anyone who was looking my way got a full view of my neither regions.

If I spot something on the ground I need to retrieve and my hands are both holding pints (I have an OCD thing with symmetry. That, and dipsomania) I'll hover over said item, descend and clench. Works beautifully! And, as a bonus, the item's owner is usually so grateful he/she will insist I keep whatever it was I rescued!

Done that with a "cleavage" load of pleats a few times when sloppy in the sweeping when sitting.
