A Tale of Two Vendors

I have spoken again with their customer service and i was told they should have my kilt in by oct 15 which is way earlier than i expected. The kilt i ordered for my dad was supposed to be here today but appears it is awaiting customs clearance. That sounds great. Anyway, the customer service through Yvonne and HOS has been amazing and i really cant say enough about her. Now it is only a matter of how the merchandise is but i must say if everything comes is as i requested it would appear maybe the gold bros are on a better path. Thanks Rocky for the credit dispute info and thank you all for the ideas on how to go about contacting them. Seams to be working.

Update: The premium 5 yard kilt by John Morrison came in along with all the accessories. The Scott Green Modern kilt is amazing, great quality and everything looks really amazing. He is going to look great at the wedding. I might get him an Argyll jacket to wear but we shall see. My prince Charlie outfit should be here soon and then i will be able to see the quality of everything i will be waring. I am visiting the castle we are to be wed in this weekend and plan on wearing my kilts while im there. Should be a great time and ill get as many pics as possible.

Stories...threads... like this make me glad that I make my own kilts. Every time I've ordered tartan I've either gotten it directly from Marton Mills, bought it from Rocky at USA Kilts, or ordered it directly from Fraser and Kirkbright.
