Nope. This picture is from the display in the Hermitage Museum, St. Petersberg and the Russians just got it wrong. In support of an earlier post; yes, Wilsons' cloth sold variously at that time as 42nd, Sutherland, Grant of Grant, and Campbell Argyll.
