I pipe with a gentleman on weekends who recently recieved what I believe to be a cornish kilt from New House Highland. The tartan is very vibrant in person. I'll see if I can't get a pic from him to post.

No Cornish blood that I know of, but my daughter was born on St. Piran's Day, March 5th.

On my mother's side, we have family ties to St. Keverne. Mother always enjoyed the time we spent touring Cornwall, saying "everybody looks like my family!"

I don't have a Cornish sporran but I do have a Cornwall National kilt and there are pictures somewhere on this site of me wearing it. I also have a plaid in this tartan.
I have worn it in Cornwall too!
Every year on St David's Day a group of kilted Cornishmen come to Cardiff, again there are some pics somewhere! I will see if I can find the links.

McClef, thanks for the pics. I am very pleased to see you and the other gentleman wearing a rouche tie with your PC. I prefer this type of tie to a bow tie for most occasions. But I realize that some here do not go along with that.

Yes the ruche does have its fair share of detractors!  I think it can look elegant when worn with the complimentary gear.
I do also like a bow tie as you can see from my avatar.

You're apologizing for uneven hose? I had to stare at the pictures for a bit to discover to what I think you are referring. If my hose ever looked that elegant and "matched", it would be a small miracle. 
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

When I visit Sidmouth, in Devon, if I wear my black kilt and leather bush hat I am usually asked at least once if I am Cornish as the lads of mebyon kernow wear similar garments - or so I am told.
