Aye, I agree wholeheartedly here. I had a casual kilt package come in on the Friday before Christmas; and when my sporran turned out defective, Rocky immediately offered to replace the sporran at no cost to me.
That's the mark of stellar customer service. I too look forward to, shall we say, investing in many kilts from USAkilts!
