No. You are wrong. As a newbie you got this hopelessly right. Great pictures!

If I didn't live so far away, I would be begging to pledge your fraternity. I'm not exactly sure what rugby is, but if it's anything like those pictures I want to learn how to play. Now I know why they say, "Rugby players have leather balls".

I particularly like "nap on the floor", "the ballerina bar bar stretch" (nice pleats by the way), and I don't know why, but I keep returning to picture 4 of 10.

Keep up the good work KiltFitz!
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Ha ha! All three of your favourite pics involve our friend Horace who is the Captain of our ship (comes from a song we sing which ends "our ship is a tanker, and Horace is a.....) you get the idea. He is a legend. And the quote is actually "Rugby players have odd-shaped balls".

We are called the Caledonian Tourists because we originally formed to travel along with friends who are members of the Caledonian Brewery Pipe Band. All tourists must have a jersey and for each away rugby match we earn a line of honour stitched to the front although some of the guys will have to start on the back as they have so many. Completed world cup tours earn a patch on the sleeve in the shape of the country toured such as Australia, South Africa etc. The 5 biggest guys in the pictures toured New Zealand sharing the same VW camper-van as their accomodation!

Loud as they are, our shirts are much admired at every game and many people around the world have fond memories of our questionable singing and bad behaviour. Especially ladies.

The ballerina bar-stretch kilt is the Deuchars IPA tartan, specially commissioned for the Pipe Band.

    Er.....yeah. That's me in fact.

It was my birthday, I was given it at the airport on the way to Paris....it's a rugby thing. I had a deely bopper headband and a fairy wand too. And about 50 drinks. Then I got mugged. Long weekend, long story......

Wonderful photos, Fitz. Looks like I will have to take in a rugby match in August. Never seen one.
