I had a missing tassel on a sporran a few years ago. I replaced all three before giving it to my son. This means I have a couple of old (1950s) seal-fur tassels I can send you if the colour is correct for your sporran. This picture will give you a rough idea of the colour but if you can post a close-up picture of your sporran this should give us a better idea.
