    I think that would be more properly known as a, "sweetheart brooch". Wow!

    I was trying to figure out how this would have been used. A sweetheart brooch makes sense, certainly more than anything I could come up with.

    She must have been quite the sweetheart.

    I also noticed that there are two more brooches in platinum but lacking the diamond encrustation.
