I think all three of them are sporrans. Just because they don't have a 'common' shape doesn't stop them doing the same job. No 3 might be too deep - quite often you have to look into your sporran to find what you are after. 2 and 1 would both get my vote.

As far as looks go, for my personal taste, I would rank them 2 > 1 > 3.
With the way that 2 flares out at the bottom, I think I'd get a little tired of the corners poking me throughout the day and end up disliking it. In that case, I'd rank them 3 >= 1 > 2.
I think all three of them could look good, though.

I like #1, I'm all for alternate sporran options, there are a lot of cool historically inspired belt bags out there. I also think it could be worn on your kilt belt as opposed to adding a sporran belt to it, just a thought. Thaks for sharing!

I agree with Chas, that #3 is too deep. But #1 has the problem of the third/center belt hanger which would interfere with a belt buckle - either your belt would be offset when the sporran hangs centered, or the pouch would be offset left or right to wear your belt buckle centered. #2, with it's two hangers, appears to have enough of a gap between the two hangers to allow for a belt buckle.
(I would not suggest these would be appropriate with a sporran strap, since straps conventionally secure to a point nearer the middle of the body of the sporran. These pouches, on the other hand, having belt hangers built in, would hang far too low from a strap. These are definitely designed for attachment to a belt, hence my thoughts about the buckle interfering with #1.)

I think in a casual wearing of the kilt the sporran would not necessarily need to be worn centered.

Wise decision. Don't forget there are other options such as jackets or vests for your stuff. Here's one of those umpteen pocket Scottevests.

I too like the look of a kilt without the sporran - shows more tartan. First saw it in a booze ad and liked the idea.

That man has no fly boxes and I don't see a fly rod either. As a fly fisher person I can't decide if that picture is sexy or irritating.
As for the "not a sporran" I like the shape of #1 but the three tabs are a no go. The other two would be too difficult to get stuff out of.

Ahh, it ain't a booze. Its a kiltmaker. So he's modeling the kilt...so no sporran...or fishing gear...

I like number two. I'm all right with alternatice sporrans when the occasion calls for it. I (on very rare occasins) wear a vintage army ammo pouch on a web belt in lieu of a sporran. Keep in. Mind that those are very rare occasions, usually in my cheap, knockabout acryllic Blackwatch from Stillwater...never in my nive kilt from USAKilts (which I wear with a standard sporran).
Sidenote: I have seen that advert before. I have always been curious about a kilt in an ad from a company called "O'Neil of Dublin." Very good photo, very nice pallate. Excellent ad, just odd because it's Irish, not Scottish. Anything interesting behind the ad?
