On the occasion I have to want to wear something that looks like a great kilt, I just wear a great kilt. The only problem I have is the whole jacket length thing mentioned above.
That's the thing I don't want to wear a Great kilt(the whole pillow butt thing) but I like that " classic " look. I like "old school " style but contemporary fashion. Think of Jock Scot saying that looks good but...... I have the events to go to, I have attended them kilted,I am looking to round out my formal dress( white and black tie ) with something in a classic style but not so cumbersome. Is this it?
