    That's certainly one of the stranger things I've seen today.

    I don't think that'd be worn with a kilt OR trews- it's just way too long. Look where the pockets are on that thing, they are down where the front pockets would be on a pair of trousers.

    At first I was wondering if it were meant to be worn open, like a frock coat. It appears that the lower of each of the double buttons is a 'dummy'- look how each lower button is quite straight while the uppers
    are all cattywampus. But you'd imagine that a frock would have a more decorated cuff.
