Has anyone managed to buy a vest from this guy?

As I said earlier, I have had no luck with trying to purchase a vest from NewJerseyPiper. He didn't even acknowledge my latest email, a simple inquiry as to whether a certain model and colour was in stock. In any case, Zardoz pointed me towards a website that sells exactly the same vests -- even the photos are the same -- as NJPiper is sellling, but without the nicer buttons, for about half NJPiper's price. In NJPiper's defense, I have to say that the same vests he told me were unavailable from him are also out of stock on the other website. I would have purchased another model of vest from the competing website, but, although the price was only $18.95, the charge to ship it to my Canadian address by USPS is $40. The shipping cost makes the purchase not worth while. On the other hand, the cost of shipping a similar product from the U.K. is about $12 CAD, judging by what I've seen on eBay.
