Good Morning DaleFor the Second time
In our South Dorset heat wave temperature varies daily in the garden, a hunded yards from the beach in Portland Harbour UK South coast between 10 and 40 degrees.
40 is temperature in South East asia.
Our wind is upto 25 knots and is variable. Difficult to passage plan for Sailing.
So I just keep on Kilting on the cliffs and carry a tweed Argyle for the cold wind.
Wear my kilt hose and pull them up or down as the temperature changes. Cheers Roddy

Dale, yeh, sort of misty. We look across portland harbour Uk to portland port, the old Naval Dockyard , now closed and say Portland has his hat on.The Island has a mist cap.
Was really hot yesterday .Had some spanners on the grass .So hot I could not pick them up.
Not much wind.Channel Islands had thick fog all day.

We have grey cliffs locally. Was too hot to wear my jacket yeterday.Your kilt looks part of the great scenery.Looks like the kilties homeland. Roddy

Nice photos. I have that exact shirt and it's one of my favorites to wear casually with a kilt.

I like the shirt so much that I have five of 'em, in British Tan: two short-sleeved and three long-sleeved.

For anyone who wants further info, the shirt is this one:

Great pictures, Dale! Must be nice to have a place to go to escape the heat. Here the only place one can go to get out of the heat is indoors.

Last week we hit 108 degrees. Sheesh! And it ain't even August yet!

    Dale,

Following your lead my family and I went to Pacifica and the Mori Point trail the very next day.

As we were walking along a fellow waved to me and shouted "HI DALE!!" It turned out he and his lady friend (the one who took your picture) were out walking again and seeing the kilt had figured you had returned as well.

    Cheers

Dale: I just ordered two - one British Tan for me in size L, and one Desert Camo for my son in size XL.

I'll try to post a picture, but of course I won't look as good as you in it. I'll just look like an old fat guy trying to look like Dale Seago.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Scott and Hsiu. Priceless!! They did tell me they hike around there pretty often. I'll probably go over again on Wednesday. . .wonder if I'll see them again.

Great pic, expressing classic Panache. And I recognize the tree in the background, as it "frames" my current cover photo on Facebook.

Shannon and I are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday!
