Can anyone idenitify the regiment and/or city in this photo? (old)

I see a flag in the photo, that looks like it might be the stars and bars?

Look a bit more like the Georgia state flag, the Texas state flag, Mississippi, or Missouri. It's hard to tell though, but your comment made me take a closer look, and I can definately see the "Old Glory" flying in the background. I lean toward Texas though.

If anyone could identify any of the businesses that would be a good clue. There is a tire shop on the corner and the bottom of the building says McGregors but I can't make out what it say under it. I wish the photo was a bit clearer, it would be easy to figure out by looking up the businesses.
