Well, in my own defense, I needed to see what all the fuss was about regarding the box pleated kilts.
So here is a sneak peek. Feel the jones.

    I feel your pain...

A semi-dress kilt started it for me.

Now I'm waiting on the arrival of:

    1. A full dress (8yd MacGregor Ancient) kilt
    2. A semi-casual USA Kilt Casual in MacGregor Modern
    3. A really-casual in Stuart Black (budget from BaK.com)

In the meantime there have been a couple of jackets
    • a PC for formal
    • a black Barathea Argyll for day
    • a tweed Argyll to be worn with everything from a
skivvy to shirt, tie and waistcoat for a variety of
      cases
    • a formal sporran and clan crest Sgian Dubh
    • new formal hose

    Help!! Does it ever end????

Roger that. After I purchased my first kilt I somehow collected four jackets. Two conversions from a local XMTS member and two Kinloch Anderson jackets from another XMTS member who has developed a need for tweed and was clearing space in his closet.

Quite so, mate! Hahahaha! And I hope those two jackets and waistcoats are serving you well. They will both look very smart with your new kilt done in the ever so beautiful and gorgeous, Culloden tartan. I can't wait to see photos of it when it is finished! Well done!

    Kindest rgeards,

The kilt just went under the kiltmaker's needle so it will be a few weeks before I actually have the kilt.

OK, Anne, who gives the best deal on bulk kilt-hangers?
