To me any (almost) black boot will look good with the Stewart Black including the one pictured. But, it smacks of military and/or SWAT team. If that's the look you're after, go for it! Loch and load!
But, if you restricted the height of the upper to 6", more or less depending on your taste, it would lose the combat look and just look "modern" and "cool". And that advice is worth everything you're paying for it.

Does someone knows the exact name or just the brand name? Yes, there are male argyle thights out there in the exact same pattern and he is wearing a Utility kilt.
