I've reserved the space for Clan Keith. Looking forward to being back at the Community Center where the trees provide shade if it's hot, and the building blocks the wind if its not.

I'll see you there B.D. One thing I did ask about this location is was it sheltered more from the wind. Last year was my first time to host a tent and then I was by myself and it was quite interesting with the wind to say the least

Looking forward to being there - hopefully more than just one day.

Remember that the event this year will be back at the Civic Center, in town, and not out on the windswept athletic fields. (Apparently, the local merchants lost enough business to vocally express their opinion about last year's change of venue... The city decided to make nice and offer reasonable rates and get the gathering and games back on main street as a result.) Sometimes things work out like they ought to!

I hope it will be nicer this year, I am staying at the stage coach instead of the lake this year so everything will be closer

I will try to make the Friday night event and will definitely be there on Saturday. My work has a meeting scheduled for Sunday morning, so I think that day will be out. Austin is about 50 mile drive and if you could let me know when people are meeting up I'll to my best to be there.

I hope they come out with a schedule of things so we can work around things if need be, several times at Arlington we have set a time of noon and have it someplace where there will be someone to take our pictures with a half dozen cameras

Games are 1 month away, and it's been 2 months since any activity here. I'm still going (to sit in the Cameron tent). Anyone else?

Still going... Ended up at the Stagecoach Inn this year, as the cabin we usually book had already been nabbed and even the Holiday Inn was booked up.
CCK, unless you're planning to spend the night in Salado on Friday, I'm not sure I'd bother driving over for the calling of the clans... I've participated in the past and it's usually a pretty short. I was running 10 minutes late last year, and when I arrived, it was already over.
