Depending on the gauge I end up with, might make each color block a 2x2 or even 4x4. Still a lot of changes, yes! Am thinking round with floats...maybe try a trick I've read and work it from the rear to help keep the floats loose. Lots of time to think yet, I don't even have his measurements yet.
