The kilt episode ran again last night, at least in our market. They went to the Tam O'Shanter restaurant in Los Angeles for the "evaluation" and Roddy was wearing p@ants. . .
What really caught my eye was the seemingly poor workmanship on the kilt. In one fleeting close-up, you can see little puckers up and down the fell where each "invisible" stitch has pulled the fabric askew. I was able to freeze that shot and Bob saw the same effect.
I do agree about the unrealistic values thrown around for everyday and "collectible" items. But I can believe some of the valuables found, being one of the those folks myself who say "I'll just put this somewhere safe" and then never being able to find it again!
