Autumn is here and my favourite kilt wearing season!!!

I wear my kilts a few times a week during most of the year but summer is a tough one for me due to heat. So when autumn and winter arrive...I indulge a LOT more!! And now autumn is here so today was the first more formal kilt up since spring. Until I get into the Ross kilt this weekend, I made do with this Black Watch with a brown Stillwater sporran and Allen Edmonds wingtips. The sweater was perfect with the cooler temps and I can't wait to get back out and show my Scottish pride!!! Now to work on getting a few more kilts for the closet this winter!!! Leaning towards a grey tartan and perhaps the Welsh coloured tartan, if anyone ever gets them back in stock again at a reasonable price.

Outstanding! The AE's and the sporran really set off the kilt beautifully.

I live in Florida, so I truly understand your comment about the heat. I don't even try in the summer; wool is not comfortable at 90-degrees and 90% humidity...
