I spent some time in Scotland this summer, and fell in love with the Isle of Skye. I have the perfect place, at least in my opinion, and that's at the gardens of Dunvegan Castle...it's a spectacular place. The gardens are unbelievable. Try doing a Google search and see what you think. Good luck with your decision!

Dalhousie Castle is where the wife and I spent a couple nights on our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it!!

So very difficult to choose among all these very relevant ideas!
I visited both Dunvegan and Dalhousie castles a few years ago: very good souvenirs among which gardens in Dunvegan and the Dungeon restaurant and spa at Dalhousie!
