    Advice... Ideas?

I am new to this site, and am hoping someone might have some advice I can pass along... My parents are very involved in the Nevada Society of Scottish Clans, and my father wears his kilt on a regular basis. He got kilted up on Saturday, and a new issue arose that he has not dealt with before. He is a brand new user of an insulin pump... I got to their house, and he had all of the tubing, and the pump itself trailing out of the buttons on his shirt, and clipped to the waist. Normally, he clips the pump in the pocket of his pants, but this was the first time he had on not only his kilt, but also a tucked in shirt. Any kilted pumpers out there? Suggestions?

    Ann,
I might suggest he look for a jacket in a light weight linen or cotton with interior pockets. Newhouse Highland has them, I believe Rocky at USAKilts can get them as well. Bespoke jackets can accommodate custom features to address his needs.

Maybe a belt pouch could help or as Rondo suggested a jacket with interior pockets.

You might think about adding an interior pocket to a waistcoat. Less risk of forgeting that it is attached.
