How do you polish them without getting polish all over the tweed?

I'm sorry but I don't like them at all. When would it bee deemed "correct" to wear shoes with tartan or tweed on them (no matter how "bespoke" they are). Besides that, did I mention that I don't like them at all?

I suppose you could get exactly what you wanted by having a pair of bespoke shoes made by this company and leaving out their fashion touches like tweed or tartan.

I do like them, and I'd wear them any time I wanted to "cut a dash" as Jock says.

I think that they are more suited to "cutting a dash" in saxon dress than in Highland Dress. They are neither suitable for Highland Daywear nor Highland Evening wear. To me they would just seem a bit "out of place".

I love the Slippers! They also have the added advantage of not being incorrect... I might get a few mutters from Jeeves though and would probably end up "donating" them to the bell boy after a hilarious concatenation of circumstances whereby Jeeves rescues me from an unsuitable marriage and earns my undying gratitude... but until then.... and if I had £150 to spend on slippers... count me in.

Thanks for the link rir179, but at £300, I think that they are too much like hard work.
