Yes I have purchased a few items from them. They sell a mixture of true Scottish quality highland goods, cheaper imported knock offs, and then some real bottom end "tat" that is frankly crap. Try to stick with their upper end stuff with known brand names, or if you are in the Midwest see their stuff at their booth at most highland games before making a commitment. Definitely pass on their handmade "traditional" bottom end bonnets--the ones that are displayed on the glass head model--as they are made of very low quality extremely lightweight material, basically thin wool felt fabric if solid colors or lightweight un supported wool tartan with no real structure and a lot of floppy drape.
I would say if you can put your hands on it at their booth at a games, or if you know the quality from the manufacturer's name brand, and you know it is what you want, you will probably be fine---otherwise be wary. I have generally found few real bargains on the website or in their mailings, and only occasionally in person at their booth.

The old adage of "you get what you pay for" applies to highland wear as much as any other market. There are many examples on this forum of people recommending the vendors who advertise here. There are very good reasons for this. Having a presence here, vendors are subject to feedback from forum users and therefore have a vested interest in providing excellent products and services at reasonable prices.
You can surf the web and find cheaper goods for sure, but disappointment is a distinct possibility.

I have ordered from them quite a few times and have always been pleased . Like many vendors , they offer a variety of price ranges in many items from economy to high end quality in order to satisfy the budget of varying customers .

I have also found their customer service and delivery time to be quite good as well .

    Just my 2 cents .
