Yay, after many weeks of waiting (House Edgar forgot to ship the fabric to Keltoi) I have my MacNaughton Hunting Muted. I LOVE IT! Thanks soo much for a great kilt. The 4 yards and a box is a little to get used to, but I am liking it. I'm used to that extra yard and the knife pleats.

And of course no pics, it didn't happen

The kilt looks great! I've also got a 4 yard box-pleated kilt from John and I love it. It won't take you any time to get used to it.

It does take a wee bit of time to get used to the difference between 4 yard box and 8 yard knife pleats. The 4 yard box is wonderful for the summer. Rest assured you will get used to it with a few wears.

Very nice kilt and tartan. I like the accoutrement you chose to wear with it, especially the jacket and bonnet. It projects a handsome and elegant look. Congratulations!
