I know, I didn't realize that before the thread on regimental ties. I do have the ABF tie on order.
Is it still generally acceptable to wear Blackwatch kilts without having served in that regiment? Or any regiment?

The wearing of Blackwatch tartan kilt is acceptable. By the way, that tartan is not only the Blackwatch tartan. It is quite versatile and almost universal.
