Ok dumb question time: How does one actually use a quaich? Is it a communal pour that is passed or poured individually or what?

gazbot it is off to Ottawa after our next Tartan Tuesday.

When and where is Tartan Tuesday in Ottawa. I have a monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of the month in Ottawa and maybe I could combine it. Is it by any chance at the Highlander pub? Because if it is, that Wallace behind the bar is the son of a man who has been my close friend for over 30 years.
