    If I am not mistaken, the opening is played on a sythesizer, programed to sound like bagpipes. Another group: Big Country did something similar in their self titled song "Big Country", except they played the tune on their guitars. The group Korn actually uses bagpies on some of their songs, but I'd hardly classify them as a "celtic rock" band.

    Now, if you broaden the definiton to include modern pop/folk music, then the following two groups are definitly worth giving a listen to:

    The Gothard Sisters
