Thanks, Alan. However, I wasn't able to attend, otherwise, we would have had that meet up! Many of the photos are courtesy of my cousin, Duncan Macpherson, who was indeed present and is featured in some of the photos. The other photos are compliments of the Clan Macpherson Association.

You'd love Rob Ritchie, Alan (see below; sorry the photos are so small). He's a Newtonmore native and has been competing at the Highland Games there (amongst others) for many years. He's a beast of a man, as well as a legnedary athlete in that part of the central Scottish Highlands.
