McRoy ... You certainly can have your opinion, I think men look wonderful in kilts.. I just got my 5th today and I love all my kilts and I think I look cute in them so does my husband ( its actually the only way I will come close on wearing a skirt ) My husband has been wanting me to wear a skirts more often and I couldn't find the one for me until I saw a very beautiful woman wearing one last year, she was my muse.. Since then I have had the pleasure on having Bonnie Greene make me them.. I will be getting 2 more for Christmas this year which will equal 7.. I thought I would b done, nope I want more. I think if a woman does it right she looks great in them.. to treat the kilt with as much respect she can, keep it classy she can pull it off.. I do wear sporrans with mine, when it gets a lil colder I will b wear my Balmoral hat ... I think I am doing a pretty good job on wearing them w respect.. I actually got complimented on my Royal Stewart by 2 Scottish ladies that were visiting the USA, they BOTH said I wear it well etc. That meant alot to me, they were older ladies.. they even wanted my picture w them.. I don't think I look like I'm wearing a long shirt... It is your opinion, no hard feelings from me..I'm not Scottish (sadly) I was inspired and I'm wearing art work Kilts are beautiful a work of art..
