    MARTO is used to denote that the fabric is actually woven by Marton Mills.

    Marton Mills is one of the weavers who has a contract with the Copyright holder of the Isle of Skye Tartan and they do pay the required royalty.
    Marton Mills Jura fabrics are 100% wool in 16oz per fabric yard weight.
