both are correct. The addition of the small quantity if nylon means that Marton Mills are not producing a 100%wool because that is restricted to Lochcarron . Marton Mills weave it under licence (and, as Steve makes clear, paying duly in support of the Isle) . But they still don't have permission to weave 100% wool.
I have a kilt in 13oz from Marton Mills. Frankly I can't tell the difference between the feel of this cloth and 100% wool from Marton Mills.
