I can handle crass.
I can handle a woman wanting to know if I'm wearing underwear.
What got me was her cocky look and assumption that she could say whatever she pleased, without recriminations.
It was as if she was using men's widespread fear of angering a woman to her advantage, using it as carte blanche for her lack of manners. She was so sure she could do or say what she pleased.
I hate that attitude. It gets my back up. I never let it pass without comment. The more guys that let such comments pass without standing up for themselves, the more comments there will be in the future.
She was in her sixties and had a hard look about her You know that look? That past her prime, no time for BS, I'm in command wherever I am look?
