Forgive the image quality. My eight-year-old took em. I'd have done better to go one size smaller. I measure a 43 at the navel. 42 at the jeans waste and 42 at the hips. Straps are at the tightest. If it draws up a little in the wash it will be fine.

That's the way my first one was. I bought one size smaller on my second one. Just tighten up the belt a little, looks good though. Mine hasn't hardly shrunk at all.

I will never understand why people spend silly money on Utilikilts. Try this:

Because that one is almost the same price and it's from Pakistan. UT Kilts is an American company, the quality is excellent, the materials are of good quality, the shipping is FAST and the customer service is great. And, no, I don't work for them, I'm just a satisfied customer.

Once you factor in shipping it's a 10$ savings. Brice (the owner of UT Kilts) was an X Marker. A brand name Utilikilt is way too expensive for what it is. As a casual or general knock-about kilt, the UT Kilt looks like it will do just fine.

The one on eBay looks like a KiltThis basic model. Still a decent kilt. I like knowing I can deal directly with the seller if I wish.

I think you will find that UT Kilts are not made in the USA either. ( Asia somewhere I believe) I know nothing of their quality and have only ever heard good reports of their modern/contempory kilt product.
