You might, depending on the watering hole.
I wear mine often when I go out with my wife and friends. Vegas was the only time I'd gotten any high fives, but I get a lot of compliments.
Granted, some of the compliments are loud and less than coherent. int:

Yes, I've heard from a friend of mine that wore his Utilikilt to a bar, that it was well accepted. Makes me anxious to strap mine on and go test the waters!
