In Barb's book, she describes how to hold the kilt with our legs while stitching down the pleats. Unfortunately, I can't "assume the position". So I have been pinning it to my pant leg, the arm of the couch or chair... This may be a much better solution for me. I will have to play with it to get the positioning of the clamp right, but I will figure this one out. A light at the end of the tunnel for me!
