I know that Rocky at USA Kilts also sells fabric , here is a link , just click on " Select your tartan " and you will see an Irish section .

Other advertisers here may also sell fabric as well , not sure , just sharing what I know . I'm certainly not endorsing one over the other . Best wishes on the Irish tartan kilt , regardless of the tartan chosen , I'm sure you will do superb job .
