Argyll Hose with Day Wear

Some years back there was a fashion for Argyll socks with Saxon clothing, I do wonder if they went out of fashion for the Kilted folk a the same time as they did for Saxon clothing. It's a pity they are too short for us.

I wear argyle socks with Saxon dress at least once if not twice a week, but then I am a bit eccentric.
