Well wishes for the British Monarch to rule over the British, fair enough, but I am not thrilled that a foreign monarch (who can never be a Roman Catholic by the way although he/s could be a Muslim) is the head of state of Australia.
I am even less thrilled that all Australians are prohibited from attaining the highest honour of representing their country as head of State of Australia.
It seems to me that this topic is in the realm of Rule 5.
