What a great looking walking stick, and the fact that you made it makes it even more special. I really love the waistcoat, and am always on the lookout for one with the straight cut bottom hem which is hard to find.
BTW when looking at your photo my first thought was that I didn't realise that Sam Elliot was a member of XMarks and sported a kilt
