Forbes is the main clan around Lonach. By the way, in my young day, Forbes was still pronounced as two syllables i.e. FOR-bis
I have always been slightly puzzled by the fact that the Men of Lonach are armed with pikes which are not usually regarded as a Highland weapon.

Thanks for clarifying the tartan. I watched the entire video last evening, and pondered about the gentleman and his kilt as well. Now I can "assume a lazy posture" as commanded.
