Please remember that this may not be a case of photo theft. It is quite common for the Pakistani companies to put together website packages. These packages are for new customers who intend to sell kilts. You get your first order of kilts and a full, web ready website. All the photos and all the text. You just need to host it. This person chose to put the website on shopify.
All you have to do is a quick search and you will find the same and very similar photos on many sites that sell the exact same product. There are about 10-15 manufacturers of essentially the same design. They may change the arrangement of the snaps on the front apron or they may offer to put your company label on them as is done for one company that is often referenced here.
So it is not a case of theft, simply a case of buying a package deal and being in the kilt business without the need for any work. I know of two 'companies' where they bought the package deal, put up the site and shipped out all the stock they had. They somehow forgot to take down the website when all their product was gone though.
But hey, the money was still coming in so leave the site up. When the word gets out that you are not delivering product simply take the website down and disappear into the woodwork.
What a great job if you can stomach it.
