Thank you for trying Steve. I'm thinking it may be as I feared, and he is either incapacitated or deceased. I hope I'm wrong, but I think it's less and less likely, as this isn't how he usually acts at all. At any rate, I wish him the best.

I checked the obits for Ontario Canada, and although there are a number of Harts listed, non match John Hart.
My Clans: Guthrie, Sinclair, Sutherland, MacRae, McCain-Maclachlan, MacGregor-Petrie, Johnstone, Hamilton, Boyd, MacDonald-Alexander, Patterson, Thompson. Welsh:Edwards, Williams, Jones. Paternal line: Brandenburg/Prussia.

This really sucks . I have been saving up to get him to make a kilt .I hope this turns out well for all party's involved .

I do know that John was relocating the beginning of this year, but I don't know specifics. Some may recall that he was selling off some old stock late last year in anticipation of the move. This may have something to do with the lack of feedback.
Being a sole proprietor can have its challenges at times, particularly if life's difficulties get in the way. I share the hope of others that he and his family are well
Nothing in my experience with John would suggest that he is anything but an honest craftsman who delivers a quality product and cares about his customers. I am not aware of anything specific that would explain not hearing from him.
I wouldn't be quick to give up on him, he is a valued part of X-Marks.

He is a tremendous vendor and part of the team. My only concern was for John's welfare, and in no way a part of any witch hunt, rest assured.
