I wasn't sure if it was green overkill, but here's my ensemble - I think this is the Dalrymple Tartan - from Kilts4U Teamed with green hose, green jacket and waistcoat, plus green shirt.

Did not think about taking pictures in my kilt, but I spent my St Patrick's Day running around SXSW everything events here in Austin. The evening wrapped up listening to bands The Get Down Stay Down and Deftones on the shores of Lady Bird Lake downtown. All in all a great day and I hope everyone else had a great one as well.

Here I am pre NYC parade.

That's actually just a coffee in my hand. No one seems to believe me though.

This was a duplicate post, so instead of blank space, I thought I'd add something else interesting.

The Saturday before St. Paddy's Day, Dafna and I went over to watch the London Irish play Saracens in New Jersey. For anyone who doesn't know, the team comes up with a new "one-off" shirt for their St. Patrick's Day game every year, and this year I was able to get one and wear it for the event. Not a kilt post, but related and hopefully enjoyable.

Just got back from a St Pat's gig and I wore the same outfit I wore on my two St Paddy's gigs (see what I did there?).

No photos, but the outfit was

    -Country Check shirt
    -check tweed waistcoat
    -Isle Of Skye kilt
-Culloden sporran (1950s' MOD cantle with Artificer body)
    -Cheviot Bison hose
    -old comfy Gillies

These were low-key gigs, and our weather has been hot, so I dispensed with a jacket.
