Sounds like the three of you had another wonderful time together. I must say I am curious about the kilt that Hamish was wearing. Very muted colouring. I may be adding one more tartan to my ever growing list.

Wow! Thank you for the excellent description of our day together in London, Derek. There's nothing left for me to say except, as always, it was a real pleasure spending time with Elaine and you, and I look forward to the next time - in Wales possibly!
I am sorry for the delay in sending you my photos - I've not transferred them from the camera, or even looked at them on the monitor, yet and, as it's now 1.30am, I am NOT doing anything about them tonight, that's for sure!!!
Colin, the somewhat muted tartan I was wearing is Nithsdale Regional, from Southern Scotland. It has gorgeous colouring, but does not photograph well. Maybe it is clearer in this photo:
No. of Kilts: 102. "Title": Lord Hamish Bicknell, Laird of Lochaber / Life Member: The Scottish Tartans Authority / Life Member: The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society / Member: The Ardbeg Committee / My NEW Photo Album: Sadly, and with great regret, it seems my extensive and comprehensive album may now have been lost forever!/
