(32C for the majority of the world) or above. Not conducive to wool jackets. Or even long sleeves.
It is, however, good to see such clothing on others.
We had a heat alert on Tuesday with temps about 40 degrees celcius. The jackets stay off for most of the night and get put on for the photo.
