    I don't think the photo is reversed, but it does appear that the kilt is pulled too far to the right, so that the apron is not centred on the body. This is why we can't see the fringe on the apron. I have a Celtic Nations tartan kilt and there are three vertical yellow lines on the apron, as in this photo. The middle one should be centred on the body. It looks as though, in this photo, the space between the middle vertical line and the leftmost one has been used to centre the kilt, judging by the position of the sporran. Consequently, the whole thing is too far to the right and looks off. Otherwise, that's a very smart outfit.
