Wearing kilt in New York City

The kilt was well-received by passers-by with many approving comments. I wore it around the City including in MoMA, in St Patricks Cathedral, at The View atop the Marriott Marquis Hotel, in Times Square, at Phantom of the Opera, at Trump Tower, in Central Park etc - it got a good airing!

I have never been to New York, but I have worn kilts in Boston and Los Angeles and my experiences of kilting in USA have always been positive. Only time my kilt seemed to cause some amusement was a group of young lads down at the marina in Santa Barbara.
