I printed the logo as is, and than had to cut out each letter with a blade. Once the back is peeled off, you can place then on where you want them. When I printed the letters out, I just added a black square behind it( in MS Word no less) so that the white letters showed up. It was time consuming, but very easy. I don't think it would matter if you had the transfer paper for dark shirts, as you are leaving it white anyway. Just be sure that you wash the shirts on inside out, and hang dry, or on very low- zero heat.
