I am sure it will not prove entirely effective. I have been aware of being 'upskirted' and women feel they can lift your kilt if they feel like it. Not that I would want to, but if I did that to a woman I could be thumped, arrested and put on a register of offenders.
Anyway Theresa has overruled her oafish MP who blocked the bill and the Government will now update the law so that it covers upskirting, which is entirely appropriate.
